In short

Flobit works for ten sports: padel, tennis, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, football, ultimate frisbee, eFootball, badminton and pickleball. Each has open matches, Quick Match lobbies, scoring and tournaments, using that sport's own rules, from the golden point in padel to the clock in basketball and the serve tracker in badminton and pickleball.

What does Flobit do for every sport?

Every live sport gets the same toolkit. Open matches find players within 50 km of you (you can set 5 to 100 km), a Quick Match lobby gets your regular group playing with a code, a QR code or a link, and live scoring follows each sport's own rules. Each sport has its own rating and levels: 1.0 to 7.0 for tennis and padel, and Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced for the rest. Tournaments run inside communities.

Three differences are worth knowing. Padel, tennis, table tennis, badminton and pickleball are racket sports played as singles or doubles. Basketball, volleyball, football and ultimate frisbee are team sports: casual players join a side with no registered team, while team tournaments need a Flobit team. eFootball is played online, so it has no distance limit, and it records the final score only.

Is my sport coming?

Badminton and pickleball joined with Flobit 1.0.4 and are live now, each with its own page: badminton and pickleball. More sports may follow, but none has been announced. For a sport that isn't in the app, the organizing guides help you run games without it, and the badminton scoring guide and pickleball scoring guide explain the rules of the two newest sports.

Frequently asked questions

What sports does Flobit support?

Flobit supports ten sports: padel, tennis, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, football, ultimate frisbee, eFootball, badminton and pickleball. Each has open matches, Quick Match lobbies, scoring and tournaments.

Is badminton on Flobit?

Yes. Badminton is live on iPhone, Android and Apple Watch, singles and doubles, with a serve tracker. You can post badminton open matches, start a Quick Match and run tournaments. The badminton page has the formats and how to organize games.

Is pickleball on Flobit?

Yes. Pickleball is live on iPhone, Android and Apple Watch, with side-out and rally scoring and a serve tracker. You can post pickleball open matches, start a Quick Match and run tournaments. The pickleball page has the formats, and the pickleball guides and rotation generator help you run a club night.

Do I need a team to play basketball, volleyball, football or ultimate on Flobit?

Not for casual games. Players join a side one at a time in an open match or a Quick Match. Team tournaments in those sports need Flobit teams, each with a captain, a co-captain and jersey numbers, while basketball 1v1 and 2v2 and beach volleyball 2v2 take individual or paired entries.

Is Flobit free for every sport?

Yes. Flobit is free to use for all ten sports, with no ads. Flobit Plus is an optional subscription for advanced stats and a Plus badge. It runs on iPhone (iOS 17 or later), on Android, on Apple Watch and as a web app at flobit.app.

Do I get a separate rating for each sport?

Yes. Flobit keeps a separate ELO rating for each sport, built from confirmed results, so a strong tennis rating says nothing about your football rating. Tennis and padel use a self-declared level from 1.0 to 7.0, and the other sports, badminton and pickleball included, use Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced.

Play more. Get better.

Free to use on iPhone, Android and the web, with no ads. Flobit Plus is optional.
